METHODS OF PAYMENT

• Transfer of funds via bank (shipment will be held until check is cashed).
• Registered Check (shipment will be held until check is cashed).
• Paypal

The amount of shipping fees for foreign countries will be determined by the destination of goods. We are not responsible for customs, any taxes incurred in other countries. The customer will be responsible to check the regulations imposed by their own country.

TERMS OF DELIVERY

All our orders are insured. Insurance fee will be determined by country destination of the order and will be entirely covered by the customer, as well as shipping fees. All orders will be shipped from Naples (Italy) via:

• Fedex
• UPS
• Poste Italiane

RETURN TERMS

Originals, must be returned within 3 days, except reproductions. Products must be returned in the same conditions as they were sent. A refund will be executed within 72 working hours from the receipt of returned items. Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. Items will have to be in the same condition of their shipment. Final decision will be made by the Uberto Bowinkel Company. The authenticity of all our products is guaranteed when specified
